How to customize your AI Seller Prospector Sequences
How to Customize your AI Prospector Sequences for Scalable Outreach
Objective
This video explains how to customize the additional AI Prospector sequences to scale outreach volume and/or customize campaign copy for different niches. It also ensures leads continue into the AI acquisition workflow when they respond.
Key Steps
1. Open the correct pipeline and locate the AI Prospector sequences 0:00
From the dashboard, go to Opportunities.
Open the AI Prospector Legion Pipeline.
Confirm you are working in the correct pipeline before making any changes.
2. Understand why additional Prospector sequences exist 0:17
The original AI Seller Prospector Sequence is the base campaign.
Additional sequences were created to support:
Custom campaign copy for different niches or use cases.
Higher sending volume by splitting large lists across multiple campaigns.
Use these extra sequences when you need separate messaging without changing the original campaign.
3. Decide whether your goal is higher volume or custom messaging 0:37
If you want to send more messages per day, use the extra sequences as additional sending lanes.
If you want niche-specific messaging, customize one of the duplicate sequences for that niche.
Examples mentioned:
Pre-foreclosure
Land
Other custom campaigns
Cautionary Notes
Do not rename the campaign stages or sequence names (for example, do not change ASL or Prospector names to something else).
Renaming can break backend workflows and automations.
Make a note of which sequence number you are using:
AI Seller Prospector 2
AI Seller Prospector 3
AI Seller Prospector 4
AI Seller Prospector 5
Keep in mind the base sequence uses a drip setup for deliverability, so sending behavior is intentionally paced.
Tips for Efficiency
Use Prospector 2, 3, 4, and 5 to split large lists and increase daily outreach volume.
Since the duplicate sequences are exact copies of the original, you can customize only what you need without rebuilding the workflow.
If you need niche-specific copy, edit the message content in the sequence rather than creating a new workflow from scratch.
Use the extra sequences strategically to maintain deliverability while scaling outreach.
Keep a simple internal log of which sequence is assigned to which campaign theme to avoid confusion.
