📲 Downloading the Mobile App

Run your REI Pulse CRM from your phone. Never miss a lead when you're away from your computer.

How to Download

Step 1: Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)

Step 2: Search for "LeadConnector" (this is the official app for The REI Pulse CRM)

Step 3: Download and install the app

Step 4: Open the app and log in with your REI Pulse email and password

That's it! You're connected.

First Time Setup

When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for permissions. Say YES to all of these:

  • ✅ Notifications - So you know when leads call or text

  • ✅ Microphone - So you can make and receive calls

  • ✅ Camera - Optional, for taking photos of properties

What You Can Do on the App

  • 📞 Make and receive calls

  • 💬 Send and receive texts

  • 👤 View and update contacts

  • 📊 Check your pipeline

  • ✅ Complete tasks

  • 🔔 Get instant notifications when leads respond

Pro Tips

  • Turn on notifications - This is the whole point of the app. Don't miss hot leads!

  • Keep the app logged in - You'll get calls and texts even when the app is in the background

  • Use WiFi or strong cell signal - Call quality depends on your connection

Troubleshooting

App not finding your account? → Make sure you're using the exact email you use to log into REI Pulse on desktop

Not receiving notifications? → Check your phone settings. Go to Settings > Apps > LeadConnector > Notifications and make sure they're turned ON

Calls sound choppy? → Switch to WiFi or move to an area with better cell signal

App keeps logging you out? → Update the app to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play
