1. Open the Dispositions Deal in the Pipeline 0:21
From the dashboard, navigate to Opportunities.
Open your Dispo pipeline / whiteboard where dispositions deals are stored.
Locate and open the correct agreement record for the buyer/deal you need to update.
2. Open the BC Sales Contract Engine 0:31
Inside the deal, go to Dispositions.
Scroll down to BC Sales Contract Engine.
Review the existing agreement fields, including:
Buyer name
Sales price
Additional terms and conditions
BC addendum terms
3. Enter the Addendum Changes 1:06
In the BC addendum terms field, type the updated language for the agreement.
Use this section to document the specific change being made, such as:
Swapping the title company
Updating the assignment agreement price
Any other contract modification
Make sure the new terms are clear and complete before updating.
4. Select the Addendum Agreement Template 1:23
In the Agreement Generator, choose the correct document type:
Assignment Agreement for a standard wholesale assignment
Sales Contract for a double close
Addendum Agreement for contract changes
For this process, select Addendum Agreement.
Click Update to generate the revised document.
5. Review the Generated Document in Documents and Contracts 1:56
After clicking Update, the document will be sent to Documents and Contracts.
Open the generated file and verify that all information populated correctly.
Confirm the addendum language reflects the intended change.
Check that the document is ready for e-signature.
6. Prepare Signature Fields and Recipients 2:39
Review the signature section and confirm the correct signer is mapped.
Remove any incorrect recipient if needed.
Add the correct person who must sign the addendum.

Once the document is finalized, click Send Document at the top.

The completed agreement will return to the contact record.
