How to Send Leads to the REI Pulse PowerDialer & begin your dialing sessions
1. Understand the PowerDialer Feature 0:00
REI Pulse uses a single-line PowerDialer.
Leads can be sent to the PowerDialer from:
Opportunities
Contacts
The process is now simpler: use a dropdown or workflow to push leads over.
2. Send opportunity leads to the PowerDialer 0:20
Go to the Opportunities tab.
Select the leads you want to call:
by stage for a group of follow-ups, or
individually if you only want specific records.
Click Edit.
In the right-side panel, open Opportunity Details.
Scroll to Send to PowerDialer.
Choose Send to PowerDialer from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Name the push if prompted (for example, PD).
3. Know what happens after sending from Opportunities 1:07
Sending to the PowerDialer does not change the opportunity itself.
It will not alter:
touchpoints
dates
notes
other opportunity data
It only tells REI Pulse to push the contact into the PowerDialer queue.
4. Start calling from the PowerDialer queue 1:23
Go to Conversations.
Open Manual Actions.
This is where the single-line PowerDialer lives.
You’ll see the leads you pushed over.
Click Let’s Start to begin dialing through the list.
As you call through the queue, leads are automatically removed once they’ve been worked.
5. Send contacts directly to the PowerDialer in bulk 2:15
Use this method for lists that are not tied to opportunities.
Go to the Contacts tab.
Filter or select the contacts you want to call.
Make a bulk selection of the leads you want to send.
Trigger the automation/workflow for the selected contacts.
6. Use the Send to PowerDialer workflow 2:36
After selecting the contacts, trigger the workflow.
Search for PowerDialer or Dialer.
Choose the workflow named Send to PowerDialer.
Run it to push all selected contacts at once.
This also does not change the contact record; it only sends the lead to the dialer queue.
7. Check progress and call the bulk-sent contacts 3:10
If you sent a large list, you can check the progress of the workflow.
Status may show things like:
processing
complete
Then go back to Conversations > Manual Actions.
Your newly sent contacts will appear in the PowerDialer queue.
Click Let’s Start to begin calling them.
8. Reuse the PowerDialer list whenever needed 3:42
Once leads are called, they are removed from the queue.
If you want to call the same group again later:
select them again
send them to the PowerDialer again
This makes it easy to reuse the same stack on another day.
9. Send a single lead manually 4:02
You can also send one lead at a time.
Open the lead’s Opportunity Details.
Choose Send to PowerDialer from the dropdown.
Click Update.
The lead will then appear in Conversations > Manual Actions.
It may take a moment to show up because the action is queued.
10. Key takeaway 4:56
The new process is much simpler than before.
No extra tagging or complicated steps are needed.
Use simple dropdowns or the workflow to push leads into the single-line PowerDialer.
