How to Set Up Your Business Profile
🏢 How to Set Up Your Business Profile
Your account profile is your business information. This is what appears on emails, documents, and anywhere your company name shows up.
How to Access Your Business Profile
Step 1: Click Settings in the left sidebar
Step 2: Click Business Profile or Company Settings
What to Update

Your company name (example: "ABC Home Buyers LLC")
This appears on emails, contracts, and documents
Business Address
Your official business mailing address
Used on contracts and legal documents
Business Phone
Your main business phone number
Can be your REI Pulse number or a separate business line
Business Email
Your main contact email (example: [email protected])
Used as the "from" address on some automated emails
Website
Your company website URL
Shows up in your email footer and documents
Logo
Upload your company logo
Appears on emails, documents, calendar booking pages, and forms
Use a PNG or JPG file with a transparent background for best results
Time Zone
Set to your primary market's time zone
Affects all scheduling, automations, and reporting
How to Save
Step 1: Make your changes
Step 2: Click Save at the bottom of the page
Step 3: Look for the confirmation message
Why This Matters
Professional appearance - Your logo and business name show up on everything leads see
Legal documents - Contracts pull your business name and address automatically
Email deliverability - Matching your email domain to your website helps emails land in inboxes
Scheduling - Wrong time zone means automations fire at the wrong time
Pro Tips
Use your legal business name - Especially important for contracts and A2P registration
Upload a high-quality logo - Blurry logos look unprofessional
Double-check your time zone - A wrong time zone can mess up your entire follow-up schedule
Troubleshooting
Logo looks stretched or blurry? → Use a square image (same width and height) at least 500x500 pixels
Can't find Business Profile? → Look under Settings > Business Info or Settings > Company
Changes not showing up on emails? → Some templates cache old info. Edit the template and re-save it to pull the new data.
