👤 How to Set Up Your Personal Profile

Your profile controls how you appear to your team and shows up in emails and messages to leads. Set it up so everything looks professional.

How to Access Your Profile

Step 1: Look at the bottom left corner of your screen

Step 2: Click on your name or profile icon

Step 3: Click My Profile

What to Update

Profile Photo

  • Click the photo circle

  • Upload a professional headshot

  • This shows up in internal notifications and team views

First Name & Last Name

  • Make sure your name is spelled correctly

  • This appears in emails and texts when you use merge fields like {{user.name}}

Email Address

  • This is your login email

  • Also used for notifications and calendar invites

Phone Number

  • Your personal phone (not your REI Pulse number)

  • Used for account recovery and internal team communication

Time Zone

  • Set this to your local time zone

  • Affects your calendar, scheduled messages, and task due times

How to Save

Step 1: Make your changes

Step 2: Click Save or Update at the bottom of the page

Step 3: You'll see a confirmation message when it's saved

Why This Matters

  • Your name appears in outbound messages - When you use templates with {{user.name}}, it pulls from your profile

  • Calendar invites come from you - Leads see your name when they book appointments

  • Team members can identify you - Especially important if you have multiple users

Pro Tips

  • Use a real photo - It helps build trust with your team

  • Double-check your name spelling - Typos will show up in messages to sellers

  • Keep your email current - This is how you'll reset your password if needed

Troubleshooting

Can't upload a photo? → Make sure the image is a JPG or PNG and under 5MB

Changes not saving? → Scroll down to make sure you clicked the Save button. Refresh and try again.

Don't see My Profile option? → Try clicking Settings > My Profile instead
