Understanding your Pipelines
PULSE REI CRM PIPELINE SETUP
🔹 What is a Pipeline?
A pipeline is your full sales process — from first contact to closing a deal.
Think of it like:
👉 A visual board where each lead moves step-by-step
🔹 What is a Stage?
A stage is a step in your process
Example:
New Lead
Contacted
Booked Call
👉 Each stage represents a clear action or milestone
🔹 What is an Opportunity?
An opportunity is:
👉 A lead that has potential to become a deal
It includes:
Contact info
Deal value
Notes
Assigned owner
👉 Basically: this is the actual deal you are tracking
WHY THIS MATTERS
Using pipelines in Pulse REI CRM helps you:
1. 👀 See Everything Clearly
Know exactly where every lead is
No more guessing or spreadsheets
2. 📊 Track Performance
See conversion rates
Identify where deals get stuck
3. ⚙️ Stay Organized & Consistent
Everyone follows the same process
No missed steps or confusion
4. 🚀 Increase Efficiency
