❓ What to Do If Your Account Disappears

Can't log into your REI Pulse CRM account? Here's what may have happened and how to fix it.

Why Your Account May Be Gone

There are a few reasons your account might not be accessible:

1. Trial Period Expired If you were on a trial and the trial period ended without an active subscription or payment method on file, your account may have been automatically suspended or removed.

2. Extended Inactivity Accounts that remain inactive for long periods (no logins, no activity) may be flagged for suspension or cleanup. The system does this to keep things running efficiently.

3. No Payment Method on File Even during a trial, if no payment method was added and the trial lapsed, the system may have deactivated your account.

4. Billing Issue If your subscription payment failed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your account may have been suspended until the billing issue is resolved.

How to Get Your Account Back

Step 1: Contact our support team immediately

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Business name (exactly as it was registered)

  • Email address associated with the account

  • Phone number associated with the account

  • Approximate date you last logged in

Step 3: Our team will investigate and work to recover your account if possible

💡 Note: The sooner you reach out, the better. Account data may only be recoverable within a certain timeframe after deactivation.

What Can Be Recovered?

Depending on how long the account has been inactive, we may be able to recover:

  • Your contacts and leads

  • Pipeline and opportunity data

  • Conversation history

  • Automations and workflows

  • Templates and documents

However, recovery is not always guaranteed. Some data may be permanently lost if too much time has passed.

How to Prevent This From Happening

Add a payment method early Even if you're on a trial, adding a payment method ensures your account stays active when the trial ends.

Log in regularly Even a quick login every few weeks keeps your account marked as active.

Update your billing info If your card expires or changes, update it immediately in Settings > Billing.

Watch for emails We send reminder emails before trials expire and when billing issues occur. Make sure emails from REI Pulse aren't going to spam.

Mark your calendar Set a reminder for a few days before your trial ends so you can add a subscription or extend if needed.

For REI Wholesaling Academy Students

If you received a trial as part of your REI Wholesaling Academy membership:

  • Your trial period was set based on your enrollment

  • You still need to log in and use the account to keep it active

  • Contact your Academy support team if you need your trial extended

  • Make sure to add a payment method before your trial ends to avoid losing your data

What If My Data Is Lost?

If your account cannot be recovered, we'll help you set up a fresh account. You'll need to:

  • Re-import your contacts (if you have a backup)

  • Rebuild your pipelines and automations

  • Reconnect your integrations

This is why we strongly recommend exporting your data periodically as a backup, and keeping your account active with regular logins and valid billing information.
